What Are The Expected Results?
Everyone is different. Our average executive loses over 15lbs in the first 12 weeks. For some people however this may be irrelevant. Maybe your goal is to build muscle and improve your V02 max. For expected outcomes your program advisor will go over this on your initial call to make sure we can actually help you and  are comfortable that we are the right people to help hit your goals. 
How Much Time Do I Need?
This is a very common worry. Our clients are all busy executives just like you. What makes us different is that we personalize everything. You tell us how much time you have and we'll make it work. Plus we remove some time from this process for you by removing the thinking and guesswork. We recommend a minimum of 90 minutes per week of exercise. 
I Travel A Lot, How Do You Cater For That?
Some of our clients run public companies. They have to travel internationally 300+ days of the year, we will tailor the workouts and diet to suit your travel schedule.
Can I Have Dinner With My Family?
Yes, the most important thing for success is being able to maintain it. This should be a healthy lifestyle not a "crash diet". Most of our clients are devoted family men who aim to provide for their families. They are often doing this program for their families. To become better husbands. Better fathers. Better men. Sacrificing time with your family is never and will never be a priority of ours. Candidly very few people are "going wrong" at the family meal. 
Can I Still Eat Out? I Have To Take Clients To Dinner Or Go Out Often.
Yes of course this can be factored into your plan. We have clients who have never cooked once on the program. We will even go to the level of helping you select options on the menu if you send the restaurant ahead of time. Some clients send their upcoming schedule to their coach and we can communicate our top picks for you if this would be helpful.
I've Tried So Many Programs, How Is This Different? 
Most fitness programs do not work. They try to force people into "their method" with little to no consideration for real life. At HPH we create the program around you. We use the latest science to create programs that drive results, but also take into account that you are a human being, not a robot. We aim for progress not perfection.
What If Things Don't Work Out? 
We are not right for everyone and we are not trying to be. Firstly we have a guarantee on our services. If you complete your workouts and attend your 1-1 coaching calls and DO NOT achieve a result you're happy with, we'll give you a full refund + $1,000. We are that confident in what we do. Our minimum length program is 3 months if you choose a longer term plan and decide 3 months in that it's not for you, we will refund the difference. We believe in a common sense approach here. However if your health goals are not worth committing to for a short 3 month duration it's unlikely we will be able to help.

My passion for achieving success is visible through my extensive personal training career, established Personal Training business and the results I see in my clients and the confidence they have achieved through specific training plan design.

With over 20 years in the industry and having worked in Sydney, Londons Canary Wharf (financial district) and now fully online my clients range from high ranked city professionals, Paralympic athletes, celebrities and those simply looking to lose weight and gain muscle.

I enjoy a challenge and found I excelled in training those with strong sport playing backgrounds which is why I am currently studying the EXOS Performance Mentorship Phase 3 having previously completed phases 1 and 2.

I try to adopt a more holistic approach to personal training, therefore not only ensuring my clients receive excellent training in the gym but educating them to develop a more balanced lifestyle, where they are able to make their health and fitness a priority.

Chris Young - 39 Years Old : >20 years of coaching experience 

Bio

Chris Young’s journey into fitness began in Australia, where his passion for soccer led him to take on warm-up drills for his team. It wasn’t long before he was bitten by the coaching bug! Inspired by the idea of making fitness friendly and accessible for everyone, Chris found his calling in helping others. He finds it incredibly rewarding to witness clients’ progress and celebrate their victories, big or small. 


Chris pursued strength training and earned his personal training certification from Elite Fitness Academy in Dublin, Ireland. In 2014, he moved to the USA and began working as a personal trainer at Iron Arena in New York/New Jersey. Working in corporate wellness, Chris transitioned into powerlifting learning from the top lifters in the USA.

Today, Chris is a CrossFit enthusiast, holding both CrossFit Level 1 and Level Method certifications. He has coached at top Dublin facilities, including FitWithin and CrossFit Ireland, where he has worked with a wide range of clients to achieve their unique fitness goals.

As an experienced personal trainer, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clientele across Ireland, the UK, and the US for the past decade. Additionally, I've mentored and certified numerous upcoming personal trainers throughout the UK and Ireland in the last five years.

Adapting my coaching style to cater to individual clients has been a cornerstone of my practice. Prioritising their holistic progress, encompassing both physical and mental well-being, has always been my primary focus.

My direct interaction with clients has underscored the transformative potential of personal health journeys and the significance of delivering accurate health messages to audiences. My passion is to help people positively change their lives in the simplest most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

I am a certified Olympic performance nutritionist (DipIOC) with the International Medical Committee after graduating with a first in Exercise Science and Nutrition with a concentration in Performance Nutrition through the University of Westminster. I have been involved in a variety of health and fitness professional roles in multiple sectors, bringing together elements of assessment, consulting, diet planning and exercise prescription to help provide establishments such as APB (Canarias, Spain), NVA Global Sports Agency (UK), ESPA Life at Corinthia (UK) and Better Body Group (UK) with the most advanced services.

My knowledge and reputation led me to be approached by several large enterprises to provide proactive health strategies for their employees. After several years of working in corporate wellbeing and understanding the limitations in current intervention, I have worked on measurable health strategies for businesses that focuses on proactive health coaching for employees.

After graduating from the university in Bratislava, Slovakia, I kicked off my career as a PE teacher and soccer coach for a solid six years. Fast forward to the last 4 years, and I've been helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals as an online fitness coach.

What sets me apart as a coach? Well, I bring the perfect combo of an individualised approach, personal experience, relentless dedication, and unwavering consistency to the table. Weight loss and nutrition are my playgrounds of expertise, and I'm all about helping others to crush their goals.

My philosophy is one of balance and enjoying the journey. So, no need to stress about perfection or sticking to super strict diets. We'll find that sweet spot where you can enjoy your favourite foods, sip on a drink or two (in moderation, of course), and still rock your health and fitness goals.

I have worked as a Personal trainer and Strength Coach since 1999, it is both challenging and rewarding, and requires a long view of the benefits of exercise and health. 

My belief is that the true value of physical training is in the integration of it as a part of life and not as something to do, every now and again, when time allows. 

Results come in the consistent application of a training process. I have worked with athletes (regional and national), ballet dancers, youth groups, untrained individuals starting out on first time exercise routines, executives in Canary Wharf London, injured people in need of rehab and those with body composition and fat loss goals requiring nutritional education.
